Calling all intrepid chefs: we want to help you level-up your cuisine! The Cooking with Dice system uses elements of traditional tabletop role-playing games to turn your kitchen into an adventure zone.
You can play solo, cooperatively, or competitively with friends and family. Start by selecting a character that combines traditional D&D-style races and classes with the (also) traditional French Brigade de Cuisine. Then, read the fantasy adventure scenario and take on the challenge put before you.
By using our roll tables to substitute in key ingredients, you can create thousands of unique recipes from our formulas. Just roll the dice and see what happens! Cook your dishes, taste-test them, and determine your score. The more points you earn, the faster your character levels up to the prized position of Chef de Cuisine!
In the first book in the Cooking with Dice series, you’ve been called upon to help a pair of acid dragons in their time of need. You find out that what they NEED is to show up their obnoxious friends and neighbors with a legendary party. ACID is the key here. You’ll be cooking up a range of dishes using chemistry, without touching the stove or oven. You might cheat and use that magic My-Crow-Wave box every so often.
Try your hand at making quick-pickles, ceviche, home-made cheeses, freezer jams, fizzy candy and more! Using our ten variable formulas, you can create thousands of unique recipes and level up your Cooking with Dice characters.
